At Yota Xpedition, we want to ensure your gear is ready for the trail; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and hardware included.

Print Shipping Label

Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

Pack and Ship

Securely package your items in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
